SWR Aktuell - Baden-Württemberg

With the new SWR Aktuell 2017, all news on television, radio and the app will be united under one name. SWR is thus taking an important step towards trimediality with its news.

The great special feature of this project is the joint uniform design of the two broadcasting locations in Baden-Württemberg and Rhineland-Palatinate. In Stuttgart and Mainz, the news will now be produced using almost the same technology.

This facilitates adjustments within the design and structure, and helps the SWR Aktuell brand to present a uniform image. At the same time, we are involved in the implementation of a new virtual studio at the other broadcaster location in Mainz to ensure a joint launch on 6 February 2017.
